Jacqueline Friedman didn't enter the estate management world from a business school or a corporate consulting track. She came from an authentic belief — that the people who own extraordinary homes deserve someone who cares about those homes as deeply as they do.
In 1993, she saw a gap in Aspen's market: homeowners with extraordinary properties and no one to truly care for them. She built Epic Home Management from the ground up — developing the systems, the staff relationships, the vendor networks, and the personal philosophy that would define her experience for decades.
In 2000, Jacqueline earned her certification from the Starkey International Institute for Household Management — the gold standard in the profession. She was not just honing the craft. She was mastering it.
